CARMELLO GROVE UPDATE

CJ's have started installing the 10,000 litre stormwater detention tanks in the ground. With the tanks being so long it takes careful manoeuvring to lift them into place and with one tank for every section that's a lot of holes to dig!

EXETER UPDATE

The team from Independent Kerb & Concrete made great progress today laying the first section of kerb & channel. Donaldson's have been busy prepping the right hand side of the road ready for IKC to start laying tomorrow before the rain comes! It really starts to look like a subdivision when the kerbs go down.

What an incredibly gruelling event that is! 650 km of trekking, kayaking, rafting & mountain biking. RICHMOND WEST UPDATE

Ching Contracting have also started work this week on the Trunk Water Main which will start at the Water Treatment Plant on McShane Road and run along the eastern side of Borck Creek. This is all part of vital infrastructure work being undertaken by us and other private developers in partnership with TDC, in order to support much needed planned growth for Richmond West and Richmond South.

GIVING BACK: Mountain Bike Trails Update

Gary was up at St Arnaud again mid week giving the MTB Trust's new digger another workout building a new section of trail. In the 3 years the Trust has been operating the value of labour and machinery use donated by volunteers exceeds $250,000!! Thanks to the efforts of all those volunteers, thousands of riders get to enjoy these trails

EXETER UPDATE

It was a hive of activity again this week at Exeter Estate. The stormwater swale along the boundary with Nayland College is now formed ready for hydroseeding this coming week. Installation of the sewer and water pipes is well advanced. Another couple of weeks and services in the road in Stages 1 & 2 will be complete :-) Sales have been steady with only 2 sections left in Stage 2 and only 7 left in Stage 3!
