Asphalting of the intersection and cul de sac was completed on Thursday. Site works will be 100% complete once road marking happens this coming week :-) Donaldsons have been attending to the last few items on the council inspection list. Land Dimensions and others are working closely with Nelson City Council to assist their processing of 224. Once 224 is issued we will have a much better idea of when titles can be expected.

In Stages 1 & 2 the road is now prepped, manholes are being raised today and sealing is booked for mid next week. It's challenging getting enough drying at this time of year so here's hoping the road dries out more in the next few days so sealing can definitely proceed! IKC are back on site to finish the last of the footpaths and complete the area around the sewer pump station. Enviroplus completed planting the detention pond this week. Donaldson's have completed a large section of the water and sewer mains in Stage 3.
