Lot's happening on site this week. Not Just Concrete are making great progress installing the kerbs. CJ's are installing the water reticulation system and Dave & Mike from Rotational Plastics are here from Auckland to weld up the rest of the detention tanks. Only one section left now! Comans, Chings & Industrial Marine have started work on construction of the new Richmond Water Treatment reservoir on McShane Road. This is a joint venture project between Richmond West developers and TDC to enable residential growth in the Richmond West area.

Despite the heavy rain last week, there's still been good progress at Exeter Estate. The new plantings survived the deluge thanks to the great care of the team at Enviroplus. Fence it will complete the walkway fence this week and the pre fabricated sewer pump station arrived today from New Plymouth. Very bright! Donaldson's have now also started installing the sewer in Stage 3. A lot has been happening at Exeter Estate. Grass has been sown on all the Stage 1 sections and in the berms. The walkway to the college is now concreted and fencing starts today. Planting of the storm water detention pond is underway. The sewer pump station is due to arrive this week and Donaldson's are powering along with Stage 3 earthworks. Not long now until Stage 1 & 2 site works are complete!

Streetlights in Stage 1 & 2 are now installed. The northern boundary fence along Stage 2 was built last week and the Nayland College boundary fence is now completed. Another great job by the team at Fence It! Thelins are on site installing sheet piling for the sewer pump station and Donaldsons are making great headway with earthworks in Stage 3. Only 6 sections left in Stage 3! In today's market, sections in Nelson with a flat building site for $235k - $240k are few and far between so call Jennian Homes on 03 544 4390 or Milestone Homes on 03 543 8663 to secure this opportunity!

Congratulations to Simon Collett (Director) on successfully completing the Kathmandu Coast to Coast two day event on the weekend. He finished in 14 hours 59 mins, was 8th in his age group (40-49) and was 75th overall. That's another tick off the bucket list! :-) Congrats also to everyone else that competed. Wishing a safe and successful challenge to Simon Collett & everyone else participating in the Coast to Coast multisport event today & tomorrow. Months of training has gone into preparing for the 243kms of biking, kayaking & running from Kumara Beach on the West Coast to New Brighton Beach in Christchurch.

The extension of Berryfield Drive is progressing well with all stormwater pipes and sumps now installed. Chings are currently subgrading the road ready to test. The next step will be laying the subbase. There sure are a heap of steps to building a road!

We are proud to be supporting Team Victory Boxing in their GODZone 10 day challenge 1 - 10 March 2018. The gruelling event includes 650 kms of trekking, kayaking, rafting & mountain biking. The team are raising funds for Victory Boxing which teaches Nelson youth life skills, honesty and respect.
